What began as a small auto repair shop under JRS Auto Repair in the early 2000s has grown into a full-service, family-owned dealership serving the Denver community. Guided by integrity and a desire to help others, we provide reliable vehicles, flexible financing, and a wide range of automotive services—all while treating our customers like family.

Early 2000s – JRS Auto Repair Founded
A father opens a family-owned auto repair shop, laying the foundation for honest work and dependable service.

Working Years – Learning the Trade
Jesus Cabanas joins his father, gaining hands-on experience in auto repair and customer service while learning the values of integrity and faith in business.

Pre-2014 – Limited Vehicle Sales
Father and son occasionally sell vehicles, but licensing restrictions prevent full expansion, inspiring a vision for a dealership.

2014 – Ultimo Auto Sales and Motorsports Opens
Jesus obtains a dealership license and officially launches Ultimo Auto Sales and Motorsports, bringing car sales and all automotive services under one name.

2014–2023 – Expanding Services
The dealership grows into a one-stop shop offering used car sales, Buy Here Pay Here financing, auto repair, autobody work, VIN verifications, and auto broker services.

2024 – Towing Services Added
Ultimo Auto Sales and Motorsports add a tow truck to better support customers during breakdowns and emergencies.

Today – Family-Run and Faith-Driven
Jesus works alongside his brother Junior and cousin Luis, sister Adilene raising his two daughters, and caring for their French bulldog. The business continues to serve Denver with honesty, reliability, and faith at the core.
